Dust, dirt, grease, and other materials are common to find in the rafters and ceilings of many manufacturing and production facilities. The existence of these materials are a concern because they could lead to debris falling to the surface below and causing quality control problems, damaging expensive machinery, and posing a fire hazard. Manufacturing and production plants are not the only types of facilities that have a need for high surface cleaning. The High Surface Cleaning service cleans:

• Ceiling trusses
• Outside of ductwork
• Lighting
• Conduit

• And other surfaces of the elevated surface of dust and debris.

Hughes Environmental will utilize combination of scissor and articulated lifts, along with scaffolding and ladders to reach the high surfaces for cleaning. Our technicians have had OSHA training, including fall protection training, and safety will be our top priority at all times on the project. The cleaning will generally be completed with a combination of contact vacuuming with high-powered HEPA-filtered vacuums and hand wiping. Other combination of cleaning methods will be utilized when deemed necessary.
